REFUND POLICY
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the intimate and personal nature of our products, we prioritize hygiene and safety. All sales are final for opened, used, or unsealed products.
Unopened Products
- Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition
- Original receipt or proof of purchase required
Defective or Damaged Products
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 7 days of delivery
- We will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost
- Photos of the defect or damage may be required
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used intimate products (for health and safety reasons)
- Products without original packaging
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
How to Request a Return

- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Photos (if applicable)
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was defective
